I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who uses a warm and empathic approach to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for the individuals I work with. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to realise their inner strengths, to navigate the unique challenges they may be facing.

I work with adults (18+) and have extensive experience supporting those struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem/ self-worth, stress, burnout and difficult life transitions.

I also have a strong interest and passion in supporting adults with issues relating to their sexual health. This includes challenges relating to sexual desire and libido, sexual pain (vaginismus & vulvodynia), challenges in relationships including navigating non monogamous relationships and exploration of gender and sexual identity. I am sex positive, LGBTQI+ inclusive, kink friendly and welcoming of all relationship structures.

When I’m not being a psychologist I enjoy spending my time with my beautiful sausage dog, gardening, being in nature and enjoying the sunshine with a good book in hand.
