I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who uses a warm and empathic approach to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for the individuals I work with. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to realise their inner strengths, to navigate the unique challenges they may be facing.

I work with adults (18+) and have extensive experience supporting those struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem/ self-worth, stress, burnout and difficult life transitions.

I also have a strong interest and passion in supporting adults with issues relating to their sexual health. This includes challenges relating to sexual desire and libido, sexual pain (vaginismus), challenges in relationships including navigating non monogamous relationships, support regarding fertility and exploration of gender and sexual identity. I am sex positive, LGBTQI+ inclusive, kink friendly and welcoming of all relationship structures.

When I’m not being a psychologist I enjoy spending my time with my beautiful sausage dog, gardening, being in nature, eating good food and enjoying the sunshine with a good book in hand.
